External of the living box

  • An additional fuel tank with 100 litre capacity – to increase the overall fuel range.

  • A diesel water separator – concern of the quality of the fuel in some countries.

  • A grey water tank with an easy draining mechanism.
Snorkel - A high-level air intake to reduce the amount of dust being sucked into the engine.

  • Roof rack on the cab with storage boxes

  • With all the additional weight we have had additional leafs fitted to the front and rear springs.

  • A bicycle box / spare wheel rack that is at high-level on the back. The system is on a winch, so the bikes drop down andwhen lifted protected from the weather. Secondly, the spare wheels coming down to enable them to roll -they are too heavy for me to lift.

  • Replaced the windows, roof lights and door with double glaze units which have fly screens and blackout blinds built into the units.

  • One of our personal favourites a Safari window, basically a part of the wall opens up next to our seating area.

  • A full respray of the box.

  • A pocket door that’s slides between the cab and the box area so that we can lock this for security reasons.

  • Dash and rear-view cameras.

  • A tom-tom worldwide satellite navigation system

  • Cooking is via an induction hob and anoven/microwave/grillthey both run on 240v

  • The fridge is the type used in a yacht that has a separate compressor and is able to withstand the bouncing around,we hope!, and it can run on either 240 or 12v
